The Soul of Man
In the 1800’s the subject of Psychology (Psyche-Spirit or soul and logy- study of) was co-opted by a German (surprise, surprise) named Wundt. He took the Spirit out of the subject and replaced it with brain control. No government would fund studies about the spirit (the essence of total freedom) but there would be unlimited funds for a study of how to control man.
Margaret Sanger, a Psychiatrist came up with Eugenics and Planned Parenthood. Both responsible for the violent destruction of millions of people and babies.
The “Doctor” who “took care of” Hitler was a Psychiatrist who whipsawed the man for years with drug cocktails. The number of Hitler want-a-be’s who have Psychiatrist advisors is shocking. Bin Laden’s number two has Psychiatric training.
Psychiatry was used in the USSR to great effect. Disagree with the collective? You’ve got Collective Disagreement Syndrome and it’s off to the “Mental Health” Center for E.C.T or a lobotomy. That’ll cure you in a hurry! Russia also funded Pavlov who proved that people could be conditioned like dogs with food or pain or electricity: “Scientific” mental control mechanisms studied and codified by criminally insane doctors.
In the fifties at a Psychiatric convention a statement was made which I have to paraphrase: “The best thing we (Psychiatry) can do for man is to get rid of his (mankind’s) GUILT! We must destroy the concept of right and wrong.” Yikes!
The following is taken from article found at http://www.nolanchart.com/article5205.html:
In his "Strategic Planning for Mental Health" address to the United Kingdom's National Council for Mental Hygiene, Dr. John Rees, a leading spokesman for psychiatry, laid out the following agenda:
"We must aim to make (psychiatry) permeate every educational activity in our national life. . . . Public life, politics and industry should all of them be within our sphere of influence . . .(W)e have done much to infiltrate the various social organizations throughout the country.
"Similarly we have made a useful attack upon a number of professions. The two easiest of them naturally are the teaching profession and the Church: the two most difficult are law and medicine." ("Mental Health", Vol. I, No. 4, October 1940, article: "Strategic Planning for Mental Health" by Colonel J. R. Rees)
Also in the fifties the psychologists introduced Sight Reading and started getting rid of Phonics. Twenty years later we have dyslexia. Ten more years and we have ADD.
When we combine Psychology and Unions in the educational system we end up with a population of illiterates. Who is more easily controlled by the educated elite than a population that can’t read? For those who managed to become literate against all the odds we got a couple of other gems of “Psychology”: Values Clarification and Outcome Based Education. Values Clarification clarifies no values but teaches students that there is no right and wrong, only choices. (See paragraphs above re: the destruction of the concepts of right and wrong). Outcome Based Education results in: generally the wrong outcome.
In the sixties, one our most famous Psychiatrists (Timothy Leary) was very busy pushing the latest “spiritual” drug, LSD. Drugs, legal and illegal became the answer to all our problems. Have an unwanted emotion? Take a drug. Have an uncomfortable ideation? Take a drug and “make it go away.” Can’t make money off drugs that anybody can make in the bathtub or grow in their backyard? Invent drugs that can only be created in expensive pharmaceutical labs and make them legal. Those will be worth billions.
Since the fifties, hundreds of mind controlling drugs have been invented by all these guys who only want “to help” you. These are chemical straightjackets. They all disconnect the user from his emotions and ideations. None “cure” anything.
In the seventies we started seeing the first of the “school shooters”. Nearly every one of these kids were on or had been on psychiatric drugs. Even street drugs had not had this effect. These kids are so disconnected from their emotions (including compassion) they are able to shoot friends and family without a blink or a tear. And why not? In addition to the drugs, they have been carefully taught that there is no right and wrong, only choices.
As I read over this brief outline I am struck by the toughness of the human soul. I am shocked that there is anything left of us and yet, here we are, against all odds, still fighting for the soul of man and for the freedom of that soul.
Yours in freedom,
Chris Dalby

Thought, the Ultimate Weapon
Thought, the Ultimate Weapon
A datum not generally acknowledged is that only about 20 percent of the population of the American colonies engaged in the American Revolution. Generally, about 20 percent of a population is seen to be dangerous and gets wiped out by totalitarian states (Germany, Russia, China). 20 percent seems to be a significant number.
In this age of worship of the material universe we tend to forget a fundamental. As we chase the dream of “the most money” or “the biggest bomb” or “the stealthiest airplane” we fail to realize that all these things have one source. It is easy to see that there is nothing we are not ultimately capable of from brushing our teeth to harnessing the total energy of the sun. Given the resources and the desire we could control the largest black hole or change the direction of a galaxy. In this universe of inconceivable masses and monstrous energies we forget that the most powerful thing of all is: An idea.
After thousands of years of animal power somebody thought, “What if I used steam to run a piston?” and altered the course of human history. After thousands of years of rule by monarchs somebody thought “Who made him the boss?” and then “What if we were free?” and altered the course of human history.
Amongst all the galaxies of the universe and all the energy produced by all the stars of the universe there is nothing more powerful than an idea.
Note: This may seem a purely secular view but close inspection will show that it does not invalidate any concepts of God like beings, a God, the Gods or God. The replacement of the word “idea” with the word “God” makes the statement work just as well. The only real issue between thoughtful people might be, “Where do these ideas come from?”
Who are these twenty percent that the totalitarian governments so fear? They are the people with ideas. “What if?” people and “Who made you the boss?” people. They are the children who “can’t keep their mind on” the dull, slow or outright stupid lesson plans of their teachers. They fidget. They drift mentally. They draw. They dream. These days they usually end up in the chemical straightjackets of the ADHD drugs where they become “good citizens”. With the exception of the homeschooled kids we now have a generation with no future or only the future the government supplies for them. It seems fairly obvious that this is intentional and if not planned then at least a function of minds intent on totalitarian control.

Dear Citizen Mr. Blow,
You will be pleased to know that this months government subsidy of your health care policy has been paid. It was paid this month by your neighbor, Citizen Ms. Kaputnick. She disagreed with the removal of funds from her bank account stating that she was “saving up” for a new stove. Our investigation showed that the stove was indeed broken and that she was cooking on an old hot plate so the BSLC (Bureau of Standard of Living Comparisons) was involved. Their SLCA (Standard of Living Comparison Analysis) showed that she in fact had a higher standard of living than you. Even after seeing this SLCA she protested at which point we had to employ the standard DAGD (Deputy Arrival with Guns Drawn). This appears to be the end of the situation.
Note: Thanks to HB4876239-776354/563865-p (Secrecy of Charitable Donation Act), Citizen Ms. Kaputnick will never know where her donation to your betterment went. In future, when you are dealing with Citizen Ms. Kaputnick, there is absolutely no reason for you to feel inferior or inadequate or in any way beholden to her. Know this, Citizen-You are just a good as anybody else.
Until next month,

Twenty Percent
A datum not generally acknowledged is that only about 20 percent of the population of the American colonies engaged in the American Revolution. Generally, about 20 percent of a population is seen to be dangerous and gets wiped out by totalitarian states (Germany, Russia, China). 20 percent seems to be a significant number.
Who are these twenty percent that the totalitarian governments so fear? They are the people with ideas: “What if?” people and “Who made you the boss?” people. They are the entrepreneurs, the dreamers, the artists and the leaders.
This suggests that a return to the fundamentals and principles of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States will not require the agreement or true education of the majority of the population (though this would perhaps be ideal) but that only the hard work and dedication of this twenty percent will be necessary.
The “Other” Twenty Percent
At the bottom of the socio-economic ladder we find approximately twenty percent of the population who seem to have no desire to climb out of a simple “comfort zone”. Given a simple roof, some clothing and enough to eat, they seem un-motivated to increase their survival level. The Lion might say, “If they won’t hunt they will surely die.” The Zebra might say, “If they won’t walk eight hundred miles to the next patch of green grass, they will surely die.” A purely Darwinist viewpoint is that as the “weakest” or “most unfit” of the species, they should be removed.
Humans (life organisms capable of violating the individual and species survival imperative for an idea), unlike the animals have a moral imperative. (Moral: The concept of right and wrong based on an idea, whether that idea comes from experience, education or some divine source.) We feel a moral imperative to cajole or educate this twenty percent out of this comfort zone and into a higher survival potential.
Why these people are in this state is a question for the Sociologists or the Religious Philosophers. (Unfortunately, the Sociologists are unlikely to solve this as they have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo so it seems more likely to be solved by Religious Philosophy, the realm of thought and ideas.) The fact remains that so long as they are able to maintain their “comfort level”, no change will occur.
Certainly, some people at this socio-economic level are there from simple bad luck: Illness, national economic failure, etc. These people can be expected to climb back up the ladder as soon as their “luck” turns or the economy returns.
Some view the situation and say, “If we treat them like children, feed them, clothe them, provide them with adequate entertainment, put a nice roof over their heads and give them a good paying job, they will somehow, then, desire to climb out of this comfort zone and start to produce and survive.
Some would view this situation and say “There, but for the grace of God, go I”. Others might say, “There, but for the willingness to work 16 hour days, the willingness to go without or do without and the willingness to claw ones way through the fog and misery of a “modern” education, go I”.
History suggests that so long as society does no more than to maintain them at or just below their “comfort zone” there will be no change. Perhaps we should look to other technology than that provided by the Sociologist and the “Do-Gooder”.

Did some Supreme Being cancel the Law of Supply and Demand?
It seems curious that the very people who are screaming the loudest to have open borders are the same people who are screaming about the inequities between Capital and Labor. Every “laborer” that crosses our border devalues labor that is already here and increases the inequity.
I’m not suggesting that open borders are good or bad, just that an unlimited labor supply has got to devalue the existing labor (per the law of supply and demand and the definition of value) and that is only good for Capital (and all who have it). Certainly the immigrants benefit also and just as certainly the immigrants who are already here and the Americans with zero skills do not benefit (at least immediately). If an economy requires a constant supply of zero skilled workers in order to expand, then so-be-it, but let’s not pretend that that expansion is being done any other way than on the backs of Labor (not that there is necessarily anything bad about that).
The Left needs to understand that unlimited workers crossing the border devalue the workers here and lower their wages (per the law of supply and demand).
So who has a solution to the Capital/Labor dichotomy? Isn’t the final result of the game we call Capitalism - One Guy Has All the Money?
Who benefits from the global competition between Capitalism and Socialism? The Bankers?
Isn’t there some dialogue possible between Capitalists and Socialists that doesn’t consist only of “ad hoc-post partum-sound bite zingers” .

From "Fundamentals of Economics........"
In a Hunter/Gatherer Economy there is not much need for keeping track of things. Animals are hunted and eaten, seeds, herbs and roots are gathered and eaten. There are products produced such as preserved food, weapons, clothes and huts but nothing very permanent. Counting is not very important and consequently you occasionally find these cultures with only three numbers – one, two, and “more than two”. I guess it’s hard to eat more than two mammoths or if one has to walk more than two days, it is not worth going there.
